My name is Marcel Alberts, and since September 1st I have (once again) been working within the AI Business Solutions team as a Business Solution Consultant. Within the AI Business Solutions team, my main focus is helping customers get the most out of their Microsoft 365 productivity applications. I do this both from a content-focused perspective and in a project leadership role.
With my broad knowledge and passion for Microsoft 365 productivity applications, I act as a sparring partner for both IT professionals and non-IT professionals (i.e., end users). Adoption & change management play an important role in the projects I carry out.
In addition to my work at Wortell, I have been a Microsoft MVP since 2017: a recognition of my contributions to knowledge sharing and innovation within the community. I maintain my website www.365ForAll.com, speak at (international) events, and provide a lot of feedback to Microsoft PG’s (Product Groups).
