The blind spot in your Power Platform: everyone builds, but who manages?
Automate and speed up processes? You have been doing that for years with the Microsoft Power Platform. Long before AI came along, organizations were already building flows and apps. Flows, apps & agents are not always devised by an IT team. They often come from the business. For example, the finance or logistics department wants to make a process more efficient. Such a department then either gets to work itself, or knocks on IT's door with a concrete business question.

Higher costs, no identifiable items
The costs are hidden in the use. The more often a flow, app or agent runs, the higher the bill. You can buy this off through licenses, but then you have to know what you are buying off. Do you work on a pay-as-you-go basis? Do you pay per application? For a certain number of applications, an 'all-inclusive model' is often cheaper.
If you don't have an overview, things can go fast. A large maritime service provider recently approached us because a substantial amount of money disappeared into the Power Platform every month. No one could pinpoint exactly where the money went.
